Helen Burt is an experienced customer operations leader with 27 years of experience at TXU (previously known as Texas Utilities). Helen began her career at TXU as a customer service representative and concluded it as Vice President, Customer Billing and Operations at TXU Energy, with responsibility for all gas and electric customer service and a 2,000-person organization. Most recently, she worked with Bass and Company Management Consultants assisting energy and water industries with business process re-engineering, large-scale organizational change and technology integration to improve customer points of contact. Burt holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Jeb Dasteel
Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Oracle Global Customer Programs
He has been with Oracle for ten years, in various consulting, sales, and corporate roles. Prior to joining Oracle in 1998, Jeb worked as an IT strategy and operations principal consultant at Gemini Consulting. Earlier in Jeb's career, he worked in various management positions in materials, subcontracts, and program management for General Dynamics and Loral Corporation. Jeb graduated from San Diego State University, and received his MBA from the University of San Diego and the Clairemont Graduate School.
Jeff Lowe
Vice President, Marketing Communications and acting Chief Customer Officer of Telus Communications, Inc.
Jeff Lowe has national responsibility for brand strategy and marketing communications for TELUS Business Solutions. In this role, Jeff is focused on the development of integrated communications strategies that build and enhance the business brand. Prior to joining TELUS, Jeff led the strategic planning team at Venture Communications, and has held a wide variety of marketing-related positions at IBM Corporation over a 10-year period, including global marketing manager for oil & gas solutions. Jeff holds an honours degree in Marketing from the University of Calgary. He was granted membership to Beta Gamma Sigma, Honor Society for Collegiate Schools of Business, in 1989. He has been a recipient of the IT Solution Marketing Award (2001) and the Best Practices in Marketing Measurement Award (2003) by the IT Services Marketing Association in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Patricia Lughezzani

Patricia Lughezzani came to SumTotal Systems in July 2008 as the company’s vice president of Global Support, leveraging more than 15 years of international business experience as she works to sustain SumTotal’s continued growth in worldwide visibility and momentum.
Lughezzani holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in marketing and a concentration in computer science from Central Michigan University. Post graduate studies include Management and leadership, Quality Assurance, and CMM and SCP certification disciplines.
Steve Lynn
Chief Customer Officer of Tucson Electric Power
Steve holds the position of Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at both UniSource Energy Corporation and Tucson Electric Power Company. In that capacity, he is responsible for positioning UniSource Energy and TEP with regulators, customers and the greater community. He oversees customer service, corporate communications, consumer relations, community affairs and government relations functions for both UniSource Energy and TEP. Steve joined UniSource Energy and TEP in 2000.
From February to August, 2005, Steve also served as the Interim President and CEO of Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities, Inc. (TREO).

Tammy McLeod

McLeod, who joined the company in 1995, previously served as General Manager of Marketing, Customer Service and Southern Arizona Operations. Her responsibilities include management of statewide customer service operations, including customer marketing, research, call center, credit and collections, customer offices, aps.com, remittance processing, billing and metering. In addition, McLeod oversees the company’s Corporate Communications and Community Development organizations. Prior to joining APS, McLeod worked in a variety of marketing and management roles within the software industry including Educational Management Group and Jostens Learning Corporation. She began her career as a project manager for Whitbread & Co P.L. C. in London, England. McLeod achieved her Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Bob Olson

Before recently joining Mobile Mini, Bob was Homestead Inc.’s customer advocate with P&L responsibilities, and was integral to driving Homestead to be acquired by Intuit. Bob is currently providing independent consulting work for US & International companies. Prior to joining Homestead, Bob was Vice President of Business Development and Operations at The GoDaddy Group, Inc where his responsibilities included Sales and Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resources and Corporate Quality Assurance. Bob has also served as Vice President of Sales at NeoPlanet Inc., which was acquired by Compaq Computers, and held senior management positions at Tactical Marketing Ventures and ING Group. Peter joined Lawson in 2006 and has served as vice president of marketing operations since 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in business software and business management.
